I am a Connecticut based digital design lead with a wealth of experience designing and building digital products for companies both large and small. I have led teams at both ESPN and FuboTV working on high profile projects such as ESPN Fantasy Sports, ESPN.com and Fubo Sportsbook. With over 20 years in the industry, I have honed my expertise in product thinking, interaction design, and usability testing, allowing me to consistently deliver innovative solutions that meet both user needs and business objectives. My perfect day involves breaking down a complex problem and working with my team to create a simple and elegant solution for our audience. I take great pride in my ability to fully understand the product and industry I am designing for, it’s potential users, and the problems we are trying to solve.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with cross-functional teams, ranging from product managers and developers, to marketers and stakeholders. This experience has equipped me with strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling me to bridge the gap between design and development seamlessly. I take pride in working closely with engineering, aligning timelines, delivering robust specs and detailed edge cases. In addition to my technical skills, I am committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices. I am an advocate for design thinking and human-centered design.

As a manager, I have devoted myself to helping my teams with their career growth. I am a big advocate of nurturing critical skills like collaboration, exploration, presentation, and storytelling. I encourage my team to get engaged in stretch projects and situations that will expand their toolbox and curiosity.

In my free time I love stepping away from the computer and working with my hands... usually through a home improvement project I get in over my head with! I also enjoy spending time with my beautiful family, watching them play sports, and hitting the links. FORE!
